HOW CAN I PAY?

IS IT SAFE TO MAKE CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ON YOUR SITE?

    Yes, it is safe to make a credit card payment on our site. When you purchase a product with us, your payment is processed through Paypal which is a secure payment porthole.

    DO YOU HAVE A STORE?

      You can purchase a wonderful range of Madras Link products throughout Australia and New Zealand at a number of independent stockists.

      We also have our Preston Warehouse Clearance Outlet.

      CAN I MAKE A RETURN IN STORE?

        While our products appear in many stores, unfortunately products purchased from our Madras Link Online Store can only be returned to the Madras Link Online Store.

        CAN I BUY GIFT CARDS ONLINE?

          Yes! You can buy Madras Link online gift cards from here.

              DOES THE PRICE OF A CUSHION INCLUDE A FILLER?

                Yes, the price of all Madras Link cushions includes a poly-fibre filler. IVORY cushions come with a duck feather filler. 

                AM I ABLE TO ADD OR DELETE ITEMS FROM MY ORDER ONCE I HAVE COMPLETED THE ORDER?

                  Unfortunately once your order has been received we are unable to make changes. We ask that you ensure items, quantities and your delivery address is correct at the time of processing. Should you wish to add items we ask that you create a new order. We may be able to combine orders and waive the delivery charges in some instances.

                  CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

                    You are able to cancel your order up to one hour after purchase. Please email hello@madraslink.com.au to to send a cancellation request.

                    WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY CREDIT CARD HAS BEEN DECLINED?

                      If your credit card has been declined we ask that you contact your bank or try an alternate payment method.

                      DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

                        No, you don't need an account to place an online order, however customers with an account can:

                          HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

                            Shipping rates vary between metro and regional areas. Live shipping rates from Australia Post will be calculated at the checkout.

                            HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE AFTER DISPATCH?

                              Typical delivery times expected are:

                              • Melbourne - Approximately 2-4 business days*
                              • Sydney, Adelaide - Approximately 3-6 business days*
                              • Brisbane, Perth, Darwin + Hobart - Approximately 4-8 business days*

                              All areas outside these metro locations please allow up to 8-10 business days. Please note these time frames are estimates and our Couriers endeavour to meet these estimates at all times.

                              WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

                                Dispatches occur Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

                                DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

                                  CAN MY ORDER BE DELIVERED TO A PO BOX?

                                    No, orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

                                    DOES SOMEONE NEED TO BE HOME TO ACCEPT DELIVERY?

                                      You will need to sign for your order when it is delivered, therefore we suggest you use your daytime address for delivery. If your order is not signed for, it will be taken to a depot and a rescheduled delivery time will need to be arranged.

                                      HOW DO I TRACK THE PROGRESS OF MY DELIVERY?

                                        We will provide you with a confirmation email and delivery tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

                                        ARE MADRAS LINK PRODUCTS BACKED BY A WARRANTY?

                                          Yes, all Madras Link products are backed by a 12 month comprehensive warranty.

                                          WHAT ARE YOUR WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS?

                                            Madras Link warrants all goods for a period of 12 months to be free from defects in workmanship and material, under normal usage. Madras Link’s liability under this warranty is to repair or replace (at its discretion) any part or product covered by this (or any implied) warranty free of charge.

                                            This warranty does not cover:

                                            • normal wear and tear
                                            • products which have been modified or not maintained
                                            • damage arising from abnormal use or abuse
                                            • any indirect or consequential loss
                                            • This warranty applies only to the original purchase. We require proof of purchase.
